By ticking the box, you agree to our terms and conditions as follows...

1. Two participants only, under N.E.P.C, can share double bed rooms and a booth space, if they indicate interest to share by communicating such interest with Blaze Channel USA. In this case, such participants shall pay Three Thousand Dollars only ($3000) or One Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Naira, (N1,800,000.00) each, rather than the full $5000 fee under this category.

2. In the event of visa denial by the American Embassy (here-in after referred to as ‘the Embassy), there shall be a refund of Four Thousand Dollars, only ($4000), to participants who paid $5000, or, Two Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira only, (N2,400,000.00), to participants who paid N3,000,000.00, respectively, payable to participants whose visa application got denied. PROVIDED THAT, such participants followed through with all visa process instructions by Blaze Channel USA and the Embassy, and/or any other instructions or requirements for American visa application processing.

3. Entrepreneur participants in clause (1) of this Terms and Conditions contract, (entrepreneurs under NEPC), shall get a refund of Two Thousand Dollars only ($2000), for participants who paid $3000, or One Million, Two Hundred Thousand Naira only (N1,200,000.00), for participants who paid N1,800,000.00, in the event of visa denial by the Embassy, PROVIDED THAT such participants followed through with all visa process instructions by Blaze Channel USA, and the Embassy, and/or any other instructions or requirements for American visa application processing.

4. Entrepreneur participants in this category shall not be entitled to a refund in clauses (2) and (3) of this Terms & Conditions contract in this category, or any refund of any amount, if they fail to follow through with instructions and requirements referred to in clauses (2) and (3) above, of this Terms and Conditions contract in this category; such failure by participants, including but not limited to Non-appearance at the Embassy for interview or any other reason for invitation at the Embassy.

5. Blaze Channel USA shall only be responsible for participants, for the two-day duration of the Africa Expo, USA event (here-in after called ‘the expo’ or ‘expo’). Such responsibility is limited to participants’ activities pertaining to the expo.

6. All participants must adhere to all Expo participation rules and regulations set by Blaze Channel USA.

7. All participants must follow all COVID-19 protocols, rules and regulations of host country, USA; as well as all of Nigeria’s COVID-19 travel protocols/rules.

8. This terms and conditions contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
